Biography:
Hey Everyone! We are Keys and Kisses. We started in 2013 in San Francisco as a singer-songwriter duo. We are Christopher Schouest (Vocals, guitar, violin) and Jordanne Osborne (Vocals, piano). After years of collaborating with various musicians and both individually attempting to create a solo project without much suceess (but learning a lot along the way), we met each other and the vibrations of sound resonnated in a way we had never experienced! Endlessly inspiring each other musically, we hope our heartfelt songs will bring as much joy and healing to others as it does to us! Our EP will be coming out shortly under a talented recorder and producer Greg Andresen.
We are currently looking for shows and attempting to put together a tour for this comming fall. If you are a bar or club or coffee shop or house party or soup kitchen or yard with a lawn chair, give us a call and we will lay down some beautiful sound. Poetry of the day: The Big Island
A fire roars up from an incomprehensible cavern. The sides black and dusted from years of charrd flame. The direction is simple. Up.
The internal heat spitting madly through a tunnel etched centries ago. As you walk up to the slope near the sleeping giant, the power is intoxicating. The Hawian air brushing swiftly past a summer palm and up through Mauna Kea's crest. The coursing ions engourge cells and knowledge and meaning and nothing. It is as if in moments, thought has become a silly game old men play.
Years wasted on time, truth and pain, when it can all be found between silence and the wind. In that moment, words dance drunkenly around the unmasked beauty of unknowing. But we are the magi of illusion and thought. And we need our trick's to seperate us from the spark and protect us from its flame.
